Fashion Friday News: Jimmy Choo for H&M....still be FLY in a recession..that's what I'm talking about...

Swedish brand H&M keep surprising us with new collaborations - and now they've confirmed that Jimmy Choo is the next brand they'll collaborate with. Jimmy Choo is to create a collection of shoes, bags and accessories... and they'll also create a line of clothes. The collection will be in the shops on the 14th of November.

Tamara Mellon from Jimmy Choo is excited about the idea of creating a widely-affordable collection. And in line with current trends in big brands: there'll also be a small capsule collection for men. Yes, you heard right - Jimmy Choo for men.

H&M will be delighted to stock a Jimmy Choo collection - glamorous, sexy and surprising, it'll also be their first collection by a shoe designer. We'll leave you with some photos taken by Magnus Magnusson for H&M, where you can see Mellon with some of the shoes created for the high street store.

DJ Cassidy's Birthday Party @ The NY Public Library

Last night was DJ Cassidy's 28th birthday party in NYC. He locked down the New York Public Library (yes, the library) and had a Belvedere open bar and an all white decor... let's just say my head hurts today :(
Bobby Brown & Rakim performed which was dope but just like last year when KRS-1 wouldn't get off the damn stage I think Rakim should have down one or two joints and kept it moving. He's a legend but he really doesn't have that many CLUB/PARTY joints! Bobby Brown had the party poppin though. Here's the run down of who was there... Nas, Jay-Z, Kloe Kardashian, Adrienne Bailon, Jaslene Gonzales, Lyor Cohen, Melinda Williams, Caridee (Next top model), DJ Envy, Dougie Fresh, Estelle, Funk Flex & many others. Fun Times. So overall this party was insane..these pics dont even really capture it properly. Everything about it was done at the sexiest, highest level...but you wouldn't expect Puff to do it any other way. From the moment you walked in...the decor and atmosphere, the special drinks like the "The Diddy" served in a Chalice, which we called "Pimpcups", the food, the DJ's! The revolving dance floor! Are you serious....Insane!
