Common + Friends in LA - CRAZY SHOW!

Last night I checked out the Common & Friends show at the Hollywood Palladium. The show was phenomenal. One act after onother came out and performed classic records. The crowd was ALL IN on every last one..from De La Soul's "My Buddy", to Queen Latifah's "U-N-I-T-Y" to Mos Def's "UMI" to Heavy D's "Nothin but Love" to Luda's "Throw dem Bows", to Nas "The World is Yours"...to everything Common...YOU GET THE POINT. BANANA's! What I loved was how one act segued into the next with joint group records as the bridge between solo performances...the show flowed from one performance into the next and the energy never faltered. Congratulations Commonground for a job well done!

Mariah Carey "I Want To Know What Love Is" On Oprah

Man...she doesnt have the voice she used to. Would she have gotten signed sounding like this?? On another note, she looks SO much better with her natural hair. She looks so much more confident and comfortable with herself. You even take her more seriously now. I wonder how long this will last?
