Project Runway 4 winner Christian Sirano has teamed up with Payless ShoeSource to create the Christian Siriano for Payless line, a fashion-forward collection of footwear and handbagsThe collection will be available in Payless stores and Payless.com in the Fall of 2009. The designs are expected to range in price from $25 - $45.
